Born Earls Croome, Worcestershire, enlisted Worcester, resident Martley, Worcestershire

Died of influenza aged 30 on 12th November 1918

 

Son of John and Mary Willis;

Husband of Harriett Willis, 21 Victoria St., Barbourne, Worcester; Born at Wichenford, Worcester

Buried in Grevillers British Cemetery, France, Grave XVIII. A. 2.

 

From the United Parish Magazine, St Peter's Church, Martley December 1918:

Even Sunday's joy was overshadowed by the news of Tom Willis's death and the greatest sympathy is felt for Mrs Willis. Tom was such a steady good fellow, and excellent husband and faithful servant at the Noak for 17 years. We have no more tragic loss than his to mourn.
